Description
Professional Development Program offers Mini-MBA program, which has received International Accreditation (FIBAA), Bonn, Germany.
Mini-MBA curriculum consists of 12 modules (courses) and is designed for a period of up to 12 months. The duration of one module is 24 academic hours.
Language of Instruction: Russian
Available formats of training (using the example of one module):
- 3 full days (every Saturday from 09:30 to 17:00)
- Online under the faculty supervision
Cost of 1 module per listener is 90 000 KZT.
Venue – Executive Education Center of KIMEP University NJSC.
When applying to the Mini-MBA program the courses previously taken at the Professional Development Program of KIMEP University NJSC are also taken into account.

All modules of the Mini MBA Program provide basic professional knowledge necessary for competent management operations. There are Required and Elective courses that you need to take in the chosen area.
The program of continuing education is structured in such a way as to maximize the development of managerial competencies. Logical and consistent structure allows you to better absorb new information. Required disciplines form the foundation for managerial operations, and systematize existing knowledge. These courses provide an opportunity to develop in the direction a listener is most interested in and acquire useful practical skills.
Mini MBA program features a unique form of interaction. Real cases in business are reviewed in the classroom; active forms of training are used. In addition to improving professional skills, each participant gets the opportunity to take a fresh look at business processes and open up new perspectives.
