Mini MBA Curriculum
Program duration:
- Consists of 12 courses (8 required, 4 specialized)
- Designed for up to 12 months of study (could be completed in 8 months of continuous studying)
Mini MBA students have the opportunity to not only independently choose courses from the assigned program list, but to also adjust their program and choose any course they are interested in from the list of Advanced Courses (the list is available on 5-6 pages).
Duration of one course:
- 24 academic hours (three full days; training takes place on Saturdays, but it is also possible to adjust study days – weekdays/weekends)
Language of instruction: Russian/English
Seminar schedule: 9:00 to 18:00, lunch 13:00 to 14:00, 2 coffee breaks

METHODS OF TRAINING
Main methods:
Interactive training (active involvement of participants in the learning process), mini-lectures, testing, brainstorming, group discussions, practical tasks in small groups, mini-presentations, analysis of business cases and videos.
