The electronic version of the Contract is available on your applicant’s portal in the section “Acceptance Package”:

  1. Go to your applicant portal page https://www.kimep.kz/ext/application/online/en-US/
  1. Open the “Acceptance Package” section by pressing FILL IN button;
  2. In the open window you will see your KIMEP EMAIL, USER NAME and PASSWORD links, make yourself familiar with the information inside those links;
  3. To receive access to your CONTRACT and following registration for courses tick the blue box agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contract and press the “submit” button;
  4. Go back to the ACCEPTANCE PACKAGE section where you will see the clickable link called CONTRACT;
  5. Download and print one copy of your contract, sign it on each page, scan and upload on your applicant portal in the section “Documents for upload”, field “SIGNED CONTRACT”;

About the Mini MBA Program

Since 1994, the program has been providing high-quality training services for both corporate clients and individuals. Launched in 2012, the Mini MBA professional program is designed to develop essential managerial skills, build practical business competencies, and deliver fundamental knowledge in management. It is the only professional program in the Republic of Kazakhstan that has been accredited three times by FIBAA (Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation, Bonn, Germany), confirming its compliance with high European standards of business education.

Mini MBA Program Curriculum

 

Program Duration:

The program runs for 8 to 10 months and includes 12 courses:

  • 8 core (required) courses
  • 4 specialization courses

 

Individual Learning Path:

Mini MBA participants have the flexibility to design their own learning track by selecting courses from an approved list. Additionally, they may include one or more courses from the professional development catalog.

 

Course Format and Duration:

Each course consists of 24 academic hours, delivered over three full days. Classes are typically held on Saturdays, with flexible scheduling options available to accommodate participant preferences (weekdays or weekends).

 

Language of Instruction: Russian / English

 

Class Schedule:

  • Time: 09:00 – 18:00
  • Lunch Break: 13:00 – 14:00
  • Two coffee breaks

  • Offline — at the client’s premises or at KIMEP’s Executive Education Center (possibility to connect online through Zoom)

Mini MBA Curriculum

Program duration:

  • Consists of 12 courses (8 required, 4 specialized)
  • Designed for up to 12 months of study (could be completed in 8 months of continuous studying)

Mini MBA students have the opportunity to not only independently choose courses from the assigned program list, but to also adjust their program and choose any course they are interested in from the list of Advanced Courses (the list is available on 5-6 pages).

Duration of one course:

  • 24 academic hours (three full days; training takes place on Saturdays, but it is also possible to adjust study days – weekdays/weekends)

Main methods:
