On December 15, 2025, the corporate EMBA cohort of Kazakhtelecom successfully defended their final projects as part of the program’s concluding assessment. Each participant completed the EMBA program and presented their capstone projects to the examination committee.
Throughout the program, participants applied newly acquired knowledge to real business challenges, including their own managerial cases, translating theory into practical, actionable solutions. This hands-on approach allowed them to integrate modern management tools and strategic perspectives directly into their professional roles.
The Executive MBA program at the Executive Education Center is designed to strengthen leadership capacity, strategic thinking, and practical management skills. Final projects were evaluated by the attestation committee based on the depth of analysis, practical relevance of proposed solutions, and demonstrated managerial competencies.
The successful project defenses highlighted the participants’ strong analytical abilities, practical mindset, and results-driven approach—qualities that are essential in today’s dynamic professional environment.
