The module, titled “Managing Strategic Innovation for Impact,” focused on key topics shaping today’s business landscape, including innovation management, leadership, strategic transformation, and the application of artificial intelligence in organizations. Throughout the intensive program, participants engaged in interactive workshops, business simulations, strategic case analyses, and team presentations designed to strengthen executive leadership and decision-making capabilities.
The program was delivered by distinguished EADA faculty members, including Joan Albert Garcia Moga and Pablo Franzolini. Participants explored contemporary themes such as innovation in BANI environments, AI-enabled transformation, ecosystem strategy, value innovation, creativity, and sustainable competitive advantage.
