KIMEP University is proud to celebrate the achievement of Imangali Tleugaliuly, a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Management, whose startup Elevate.Interns reached the final of ABC Incubation Batch XV, organized by the Nazarbayev University Research and Innovation System (NURIS).
The final Demo Day, held on May 28, 2026, at Nazarbayev University in Astana, featured innovative startups from across Kazakhstan and international projects.
Elevate.Interns is a career platform designed to support 1st–4th year university students in securing internships at leading companies in Kazakhstan and globally, including Big4 firms, FMCG companies, startups, and international organizations.
The platform provides students with comprehensive career development support, including:
- Resume analysis and improvement;
- Soft and hard skills development;
- Career consultations;
- Interview preparation;
- Personalized internship strategies for opportunities in Kazakhstan and abroad.
Reaching the final of one of Kazakhstan’s most competitive startup incubation programs represents a significant milestone for the team and highlights the growing importance of career-focused solutions for students.
Throughout the program, the Elevate.Interns team gained valuable entrepreneurial experience by presenting their startup to representatives of leading investment funds and startup ecosystem experts, including Khan Tengri Innovation Hub and Jas Ventures. The experience provided meaningful feedback, expanded professional networks, and contributed to shaping the startup’s future development.
