Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the cyber police, specialists from Kaspersky Laboratory, child and clinical psychologists, as well as experts from Turkey, Spain, and Kyrgyzstan took part in a round table dedicated to children’s cyber safety.
Among the distinguished speakers were Professor Maiya Myrzabekova Bozok (Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University), Professor Herman Grobler (Department of Psychology, KIMEP University), PhD in Psychology Manuel Martinez Sanchez (Spain), and UNESCO National Coordinator for Social Programs Zhuldyz Kaziyeva.
The participants discussed key topics such as children’s online safety, cyberbullying prevention, protection from internet predators, and sustainable mechanisms for responding to harmful online influences. The event concluded with an open dialogue, where participants exchanged practical proposals for strengthening partnerships between the state, schools, families, and public institutions to protect childhood.
The event became an important platform for consolidating professional and community efforts to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for every child.
