On March 17, 2016 Law School students visited GRATA´s law offices and it was a big success. Dr. Nicolas Zambrana-Tevar met the students at 10am at KIMEP and they arrived at GRATA at 10:30am. Guests from KIMEP were welcomed at GRATA by the head of HRs, who gave a good talk to the students about the firm, its offices around the world and about the recruitment process, in Russian. She mentioned that GRATA was very satisfied with the interns from KIMEP they had had, because not only do they have enough legal expertise but also soft skills. Then they were offered a splendid buffet and three partners, including KIMEP´s adjunct Bakhyt Tukulov, spoke informally with students about what they do in their departments and gave them advice about their future careers, emphasising the importance of Civil law. They also offered to come to KIMEP to give one lecture on a topic to be agreed upon. Dr. Tevar gave them a small present with KIMEP logo. Then a group picture was taken and students came back to the University. After such a success KIMEP Law School plans to visit another law firm before the summer break.
