Financial aid for siblings
Tuition covers: 5% coverage of tuition
Important! Deposits and fees (dormitory and library), as well as compulsory fees (student, medical, etc.) are not covered
– if 2 children from the same family are attending KIMEP, one of them will be offered 5%;
– if 3 children from the same family are attending KIMEP, two of them will be offered 5%;
– if 4 children from the same family are attending KIMEP, 3 of them will be offered 5%.
Duration: one academic year. To renew this financial aid for the next year, the students must reapply to Financial Aid Office
Citizenship: any
Selection Criteria:
– good English proficiency, minimum required – only one Foundation English course “A”;
– 2 and more siblings or step children simultaneously studied at KIMEP on undergraduate, graduate or postgraduate program of KIMEP;
– children must have one parent in common;
– marital status of all students: single.
Maintenance criteria:
– overall GPA 2.33 and above;
– full-time status in Fall and Spring semesters for all siblings;
– retaken and withdrawn courses are not covered by this financial aid. All other general rules and regulations also apply to this financial aid.
Required documents:
– request for receiving of financial aid with full package to e-mail finaid@kimep.kz;
– state ID of parents;
– birth certificate for all students.

Selection Criteria:
– good English proficiency – minimum requiring only one Foundation English course “A”;
– student must studied on undergradute or graduate program;
– parent should be a graduate of KIMEP degree program (undergraduate, graduate, PhD);
– student’s marital status: single.
Maintenance criteria:
– overall GPA 2.33 and above;
– full-time status in Fall and Spring semesters;
– retaken and withdrawn courses are not covered by this financial aid. All other general rules and regulations also apply to this financial aid.
Required documents:
– request for receiving of financial aid with full package to e-mail finaid@kimep.kz;
– state ID of parent who graduated from KIMEP;
– student’s birth certificate;
– confirming documents if Name was changed;
– attach a copy of the KIMEP diploma.
