Sometimes your browser saves old versions of website files (this is called cache).
Because of this, you may see an outdated version of the site even if everything has already been fixed.

If a form, calendar, or any element is not working correctly, please clear your cache.

Important: what may be deleted

When clearing browser data, the following may be removed:

  • ❗ Active sessions (you may need to log in again)

  • ❗ Cookies

  • ❗ Browsing history

Usually, saved passwords are NOT deleted unless you select:

“Passwords and other sign-in data”

Always double-check the selected options before clearing.

Why this is necessary

Your browser may display an outdated version of the website even after it has been updated.
This can cause:

  • the form not to work

  • the calendar not to open

  • buttons not to respond

  • errors to appear

Clearing the cache forces the browser to load the latest version of the website.
