KIMEP University acknowledges that a student recently filed an internal complaint regarding the alleged behavior of a faculty member. The university takes all such complaints seriously. However, to date, no confirmed facts have been established.
All complaints at KIMEP University are reviewed in strict accordance with the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the university’s own internal policies. KIMEP University followed this legal obligation.
Following our notification, the police invited all involved parties to participate in the initial proceedings.
KIMEP University remains committed to a fair and lawful process for everyone involved. We will continue to cooperate with the authorities and await the outcome of the official review. Any final conclusions about the facts of the case can only be made by the competent state bodies.
