On February 18, we invite you to the Global Leadership Forum session with Maria Amparo Diaz-Llairó, CEO at Global Capital Group. Maria will share her insights about the necessary skills and knowledge to progress through Industry 4.0 Digitalization. Her presentation will also focus on the future of the job market, ways and tools to find a job in a global new era

Maria Amparo Díaz-Llairó holds an International Award for her career: HR Innovator Award at the Global HR Excellence Awards (2019). Her professional career has been recognized in the book “Personalities of Spain” in the Spanish Ranking at Top10 HR Business Experts.

Maria has over 24 years of work experience as Human Resource Director and Talent Management in Financial Institutions such us: Citigroup start-up of the Headquarters of Southern Europe managing 16 countries with 1.500 employees of 50 different nationalities and IT companies as a Member of the Executive Committee in Unit4 and Human Resources Director for Spain, Portugal, and Africa.

Maria is an International HR and Management Keynote Speaker: expert in talent management: she has taught more than 500 courses, seminars, and conferences in Europe, the USA, Latin America, and the UAE. She is an Associate Professor at Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P). She is an author of Management books, and one of her last books is “Talent 3.0”. She also collaborates in the TV Program “Entrepreneur” at the Spanish Public TVE at the International Channel 24h.

She holds BA Degree in Labor Studies and Diploma in Business Studies from the University of Barcelona and the London Metropolitan University. Maria has a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Capital Management and Compensation and Benefits at the University Ramon Llull.
