Applications for staff to participate in the 10th International Staff Week “From Experience to Excellence: Signature Sessions from 10 Years of METU Staff Week in the Era of Digital Transformation (70th Anniversary Edition) – Blended Intensive Program (BIP)” at Middle East Technical University (METU) with an Erasmus+ scholarship is now open.
Availability of places:
1 (one) place for administrative staff working in the support services offered for international students (International Office, Staff Responsible for Summer Schools, International Recruitment, Strategic Planning, International Career Office, Accommodation, IT, Social Engagement Offices, if they work in close contact with International Students).
Administrative staff that has already participated in one of METU ICO Staff Weeks will not be accepted according to METU requirements.
- Scholarship information:
Scholarship covers 5 days + 2 travel days = 7 days x EUR 148 = EUR 1036
Travel support: EUR 580
Total grant amount: EUR 1616 (will be paid on June 12, 2026 at METU)

Eligibility criteria:
- Be a full staff member of KIMEP University
- Minimum of one year of experience at KIMEP University
- Supervisor’s permission
- Recommended English language level: B2** (Confirmation of English language proficiency)
- No disciplinary records
Note:
Applicants without a diploma from a higher education institution where English was the language of instruction, or without a valid IELTS (min. 5.5), TOEFL iBT (57–69), or TOEFL PBT (475–522), are required to take the KEPT exam.
Passing score for KEPT: 60 and above.
Please inform the International Office if you would like to take the KEPT by Tuesday, April 7, 2026 (inclusive).
