On April 24, 2026, Koktem Fest took place as a vibrant celebration of cultural diversity, bringing together students, faculty members, and guests of the university.
The festival program featured musical and dance performances that reflected the richness of different cultures and traditions. Guests enjoyed Kazakh kui performances, folk songs, poetry readings, as well as dance performances representing Kazakh, Indian, Kyrgyz, and Pamirian cultures. Following the concert program, the celebration continued with Art Revolution, while the evening concluded with an energetic DJ set by Akmal & Yermura.
Koktem Fest provided a wonderful opportunity to explore cultural diversity, strengthen connections, and once again highlight the values of mutual respect and unity within the KIMEP community. Every contribution to the festival played an important role in making the event a more engaging, memorable, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
