Event was organized by DIAM. Certificates and National souvenir presents were awarded to ISS students and faculty as appreciation for participation in the International Summer School 2015 and as appreciation for contribution to academic and cultural diversity at KIMEP and in Kazakhstan. Dr. Landis and Elmira, KISA gave farewell speeches. KIMEP and visiting students swapped post cards and souvenirs to each other as a good memory about ISS 2015. During ISS 2015 students also had opportunity to explore culture, nature and traditions of Kazakhstan. Participants attended trips as Almaty city tour and Almaty mountain surroundings, Charyn Canyon, Turgen waterfalls, Falcon farm, Rafting on Ily river, international festival ”Mangilik El” dedicated to celebration of 550s anniversary of establishment of Kazakh Khanate.
