On 20 March 2019 in the frame of Nauryz celebration on campus, International Office and BIS student organization held the International EXPO. Students from Mexico, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, New Zealand, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and USA presented their stands with interesting country information on handmade posters, showed national souvenirs and treated guests with national dishes.
The colorful banner especially made in occasion of this event by the International Office attracted students to make nice photos near it. The banner has a slogan “Mobility for employability” and reflects the International Office’s goals and strategy. The banner is now located in the International Office and anyone may visit and make a photo with it.
International EXPO develops an international spirit, provides an opportunity for foreign guests to become better acquainted with the culture of Kazakhstan and the peoples of our region, foreign cultures of students who study at KIMEP, brings together students from different countries and peoples, implies cultural exchange and solidarity.
