Rules for Visitors

  • Start exercises with a lower load and continually increase it;
  • Control your loads by measuring cardiac rate according to recommendation given to you by your instructor;
  • Follow instructions for using specific fitness machine
  • When on run track, be ready when the track starts
  • Do not look backwards when on turned on run track
  • Do not leave your mobile phone behind yourself
  • Do not talk to a person on run track when you are behind him or her
  • While using stapler or exercycle, pay attention to sensations in your knees and footsteps. Stop exercises, if you have an unceasing pain;
  • If you have any orthopedic problems, please consult specialists as to whether you can do all exercises;
  • Saddle of exercycle shall be fixed so that knee of a leg in a lower position is slightly bent. Do not bend the saddle backward. Handle bar shall be fixes according to height needed.
