Rules for Hall (room) reservation at KIMEP
Students can reserve a room or a hall at KIMEP for non-academic meetings, gatherings, presentations and rehearsals. A room/hall reservation requires a written permission of the Dean of Student Affairs.
Other conditions include:
a) Only full-time KIMEP students can make a reservation request for a hall or a room on the campus.
b) Premises must not be used for a purpose that is contrary to KIMEP mission statement and charter.
c) KIMEP premises should not be used for meetings of external political parties and groups.
d) If a student or a student group will request a hall reservation on the behalf of an outside organization, KIMEP may charge a rental fee.
e) If KIMEP management feels that an outside organization using KIMEP facilities, through KIMEP students, is engaged in promoting its business KIMEP may cancel the permission to use its premises.
f) Students using KIMEP premises must not disrupt academic activities– classes/lectures.
g) Students using a hall or room will be responsible for any loss or damage to the property while it is under their use.
