Event Policy
Dear Students,
If you want to:
- Sell tickets of an event or a concert in KIMEP
- Post banners and posters of an event inside KIMEP
- Advertise an event in KIMEP
- Organize a meeting/gathering in KIMEP
Please inform us in writing at least three weeks in advance. Please also provide us with details of your project including names and contact details of sponsors (if any).
If you will not inform us well in advance or will not provide us with the correct information we may not be able to grant you permission.
