Foundations
Figure 2 presents a summary timeline of plans, actions and reviews. Each of the components is discussed below. The overall aim is to have KIMEP fit for purpose by the beginning of the academic year 2012-2013. A separate detailed operating plan will be published by November 1, 2011 for each of the priority areas and made available to the community.
