Dear members and guests,
Welcome to KIMEP HR Club! KIMEP hosts HR Club to keep abreast of the latest ideas and best practices in human resource management. Our Club aims to provide comprehensive integration of HR managers working in different industries to connect and network, learn and share knowledge in HR trends. Our meetings discuss HR challenges that companies face and collectively seek solutions. KIMEP HR Club is currently developing. We want to expand HR Club nation-wide through organizing targeted events based on the HR field needs, introducing the HR Club affiliated programs and courses, offering new and interesting professional development opportunities and launching our new website. The 18th session of KIMEP University HR club took place on April 4, 2012 at the Executive Education Center. The agenda of the meeting was Coaching in life and business. Before the start Mr. Rinat Shayakhmetov had cordially congratulated all club members with the third anniversary of the club and mentioned invaluable contribution of Ms. Dilbar Gimranova, the General Director of EEC, in development of HR management in Kazakhstan, and establishment of KIMEP HR club – attractive platform for professional communication and development. |

On February 15, 2012 KIMEP Executive Education Center hosted the 17th HR club meeting dedicated to the establishment and development of distance learning in Kazakhstan. The session was attended by representatives from Kazkommertsbank, Sberbank of Russia, Temirbank, Bank RBK, Eurasian Bank, Ernst & Young, Step & Grow, Pension Fund “Capital”, WebSoft and other companies. |

On December 14, 2011 KIMEP Executive Education Center held its sixteenth HR Club Meeting which gathered 33 members. KIMEP HR Club constant moderator Mrs. Dilbar Gimranova, now the General Director of the KIMEP Executive Education Center, officially handed down her responsibility of a Moderator to Rinat Shayakhmetov, famous HRM Expert and the KIMEP Leaders Forum member. |

On October 12, 2011 KIMEP’s Executive Education Center hosted its fifteenth KIMEP HR Club Session with the participation of twenty-two KIMEP HR Club members and the outstanding HRM expert of Kazakhstan, Rinat Shayakhmetov. |

The KIMEP HR Club meeting has continued its functioning in 2011 The first KIMEP HR Club meeting of the year took place on 26th of January hosted by the CCE. The topics of HR Club discussion covered the most challenging issues related to managing people in organizations. Traditionally, the topics were requested by HR club members. |
