The Executive Education Center at KIMEP University provides a wide range of executive training, degree programs and professional development services that provide the basis to improve learners’ business skills, theoretical and practical knowledge, and become more competitive in the long run. Executive MBA Program has successfully operated at the Bang College of Business since 2007. The program is designed to prepare future leaders for the challenges of today’s global and increasingly competitive business environment.

The program’s methodology and content is tailored to the executive needs and busy schedules by focusing on the learning during intensive weekend studies. The program allows its executive students study while working. Executive students will build their core skills and subject competency needed to succeed in the career development and company management. Lectures and practical sessions are led by PhD-qualified faculty and business experts with sound industrial background, and covered Kazakhstan-specific and international business issues. Program instructors are selected by academic and/or professional qualification, based on their research excellence and work experience in industry or government. Executive students are encouraged to look at the problems from the global perspective and share their management experience. Introducing latest management theory and techniques will help executive students integrate the new knowledge into their organizations.

An e-learning platform supports the core program courses. Computer labs at KIMEP are equipped with web cameras and have multimedia capabilities.
