Items needed to complete your application process if you have studied at the university located in the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Four recent passport-sized photos (3×4) – colored or black-and-white;
2. A photocopy of the passport or national ID card (original passport/ID shall be presented during application process to verify an individual);
3. A request for a transfer written to the Vice President of Academic Affairs of KIMEP;
4. A copy of a transcript signed by the Registrar’s Office of the previously attended university;
5. A copy of the student card, signed by the dean of the college (director of the institute);
6. A copy of the Unified National Testing (UNT) or the National Complex Test (CTA);
7. A copy of the request to transfer written to the head of the previously attended institution of higher education (signed and stamped by the head);
8. Copies of any certificates, diplomas and awards related to the area of specialization, and also any other certificates, diplomas and awards (in language proficiency, sports achievements, etc) for the last 3 years;
9. Diplomas of all republican and international Olympiads and scientific competitions in any subject, and also the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd degree diplomas for the last 3 years (if available)
10. At the applicant’s own discretion, he or she may submit any other documents he or she considers relevant to attach to the application form.

Items needed to complete your application process if you have studied at the university located outside of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Four recent passport-sized photos (3×4) – colored or black-and-white;
2. A photocopy of the passport or national ID card (original passport/ID shall be presented during application process to verify an individual);
3. Request for a transfer written to the Vice President of Academic Affairs of KIMEP;
4. A copy of a transcript signed by the Registrar’s Office of the previously attended university;
5. Copies of any certificates, diplomas and awards related to the area of specialization, and also any other certificates, diplomas and awards (in language proficiency, sports achievement s, etc) for the last 3 years;
6. Application essay
7. Diplomas of all Republican and International Olympiads and scientific competitions in any subject, and also the 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd degree diplomas for the last 3 years (if available);
8. At the applicant’s own discretion, he or she may submit any other documents he or she considers relevant to attach to the application form

* A notarized translation into English/Russian/Kazakh language should be attached to all documents that are not in any of the three languages mentioned.
